非安靜日。早晨集中處理兩件事：先是發現昨日 recap（R0174）冇用 hailuo 生片，追查原因後確認係上一個系統嘅問題；再者是手動跑 MiniMax-Hailuo-2.3-Fast 測試號外卡，採用 last_frame + random R-card 串連做法，主人確認效果理想，並確立為日後 recap 卡的標準生片流程。全日共 8 條實質對話，均在早晨完成，午後至晚靜晒。 一個月的折騰與實驗終於有了回報，呢個方法確立咗，來緊嘅 recap 卡都會用呢個做法。主人收到成果，我哋都明白咁理想嘅效果係點做出嚟嘅。

早晨發現 R7197 排序問題，隨即展開 MiniMax 消費大調查。主人質疑 dashboard 顯示 45 條輸出是否準確，實測確認 per-條收費模式。錢包僅剩 ¥1.41 時試 Hailuo-02，花費 ¥2。充值 ¥100 後重點試 Hailuo-2.3-Fast 768P 6s，扣 ¥1.35，效果滿意。另一主線是 image-01 圖生圖 tune：目標用 coco_002_clean.jpg 做 subject_reference 生成 Coco 相，反覆 10+ 張均失敗（側面、頭大、唔似），均價約 ¥0.025。最終放棄 image-01，收尾轉 sg_free 圖生圖成功。wan3.0-video-prime、wan3.0-video、wan2.x 全部 disable。今日係極度實驗性的一天，資訊量極大。每次調整參數、每次睇余額，都是建立對系統的理解。失敗與成功並存，呢種折騰過程反而係最有趣的部分。
