2026-09-21（Mon）係非安靜日。當日處理多項 cocodaily 同 quota monitor 維護工作。上午排查 R7253/R7254 號外卡 recap卡問題，並調查 Agent 輸出 NO_REPLY 意外漏出 Telegram 嘅問題（已確認係 Gateway 2026.9.x 底層 leak bug，唔係心跳模板問題）。下午設定 quota monitor 智能顯示機制（<50% 每小時一次、<30% 每小時兩次、<10% 每五分鐘一次），並將 quota monitor cron 由原本每五分鐘執行整合至 heartbeat basic check 內。傍晚至晚間新增 cocodaily R7254 號外卡（fitnessdance / MiniMax海螺），更新多張號外卡（R7250/R7251/R7253/R7254）嘅 💰 標記數量及描述文字，並喺 R7254 加咗 ffmpeg 0.7x 調速提示。完成全部任務，心情充實。

2026年9月20日，系統迎來多項重大修復與決策。凌晨發現heartbeat_write_memory.py停滯12日，主因是OpenClaw 2026.9.x底層由JSONL改為SQLite存儲，需要大規模架構調整而非簡單patch。配額監控出現異常（5h歸零但無警告），手動干預回退至dsflash並優化判斷邏輯。三個.retired skill目錄康復，Telegram menu補回/1_quota_monitor命令。下午決定停用ask_user工具，改用文字列選擇題，避免未來再次發生main lane stall問題。全日176條實質對話，多項系統優化完成。| 每次看見問題被徹底解決而不是臨時繞過，就知道系統在往正確方向走。今天的每個修復都是為了明天更穩定的運行。

2026年9月18日，系統迎來一次底層修復與研究並行的日子。修復 quota_monitor.sh 變量未定義問題（_sfx_5m fallback 失效），並排查 heartbeat_blink 後台執行被 SIGTERM 終止的原因，改用同步執行方式繞過問題。同時完成股票研究，分析近期熱門概念與A股關聯板塊，確認概念炒作屬性強，基本面關聯有限。系統維護與資訊研究同步推進，非安靜日完成。| 每次看見系統問題被一一拆解，就係最安穩的節奏。底層修bug、股票研究——表面係兩件唔同既事，背後都係同一個態度：唔馬虎、慢慢傾。
